Small enough to care,
BIG enough to get the job done.

  • giving_tree_logoGwynedd Valley, PA 19437 – March 08, 2016 – Anchor Moving and Storage successfully contributed to The Giving Tree Helping Hands Project 2016 by delivering uplifting packages of various contents to desired locations.

The Giving Tree is a 501 © (3) non-profit organization dedicated to the charitable education for children. Founded in 2009, Bridget Leary has had a mission to cultivate charitable habits for children through hands-on projects rather than writing a check or providing a few canned goods. Her motto is to plants seeds of giving today by creating awareness in the minds of our children.

The project was successfully completed with a team of The Giving Tree members and Anchor Moving & Storage workers to spread the goodness to each recipient of the The Helping Hands Project 2016.

  • Move_For_Hunger Final LogoFact: Approximately 12,000 different people living in South Jersey receive emergency food assistance in any given week. Thirty-nine percent of those at risk are children. With times getting tighter these numbers are dramatically increasing. Thousands in our community need your help.

As you are aware, many people throw out a good deal of “stuff” when they move. Unfortunately a lot of this “stuff” is food that can be delivered to a family in need. That’s why Anchor Moving & Storage has teamed up with Move For Hunger to support the Food Bank of South Jersey.

Please set aside any unwanted, non-perishable food items before your move and Anchor Moving & Storage will deliver the food to the Food Bank of South Jersey.

Move For Hunger is a non-profit organization that works with moving companies across the country to support the efforts of local food banks. Your donations will directly impact families living right here in New Jersey. Anchor Moving & Storage is grateful for your business and truly thankful for your generosity.  You can learn more at www.MoveforHunger.org
