In 2008, Mike founded "Sound Relocation," a packing business, and in 2010, he purchased Anchor Moving & Storage. His hands-on experience and strong network helped grow the company, leading to substantial success. Under Mike's leadership, Anchor Moving & Storage has handled high-profile moves for organizations like Rowan University, Rutgers, and Merrill Lynch. The company has also experienced tremendous growth, being recognized by Inc Magazine as one of Philadelphia's top 50 fastest-growing companies.

As an Account Manager, Joe manages and develops relationships with commercial, logistics, and residential clients. He provides account maintenance and ensures client satisfaction across various industries. This role includes offering detailed estimates to commercial clients, such as universities, libraries, and businesses within the hospitality industry. Joe also handles final-mile fulfillment and logistics estimates, particularly for commercial and restaurant hotel equipment.

Lisa began her career in the moving industry in 1994 as a receptionist and sales coordinator, later reuniting with Mike Jenkins at Anchor Moving & Storage in 2011. Her strong organizational and customer service skills have been instrumental in Anchor's growth. Lisa's efforts contributed to Anchor receiving prestigious honors, including "Agent of the Month" from Wheaton Worldwide in July 2013 and "Member of the Year" from the New Jersey Warehousemen and Movers Association. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, Lisa builds lasting relationships with clients, treating each one like family. Terry has been in the moving industry since 1975 and joined Anchor Moving & Storage in 2014. Her career has spanned accounting, customer service, and assisting military families with relocations, a role she is especially passionate about. Terry is dedicated to treating every customer with the same care as she would her own family, ensuring smooth and stress-free moves.

Matt focuses on understanding each client's unique needs to ensure a seamless and stress-free relocation experience. He conducts thorough surveys of household belongings to provide accurate estimates and serves as a liaison between clients and move managers. As a father of two, Matt recognizes the importance of a smooth transition for families during their move. Matt is the author of a children’s book Moving Magic: Moving with Children. Matt enjoys outdoor activities like camping and boating, is an enthusiast of car shows and classic cars, and likes grilling in the summer. He has attended Penn State and Rowan University, completed the Certified Sales Representative Course in Burbank, CA, and is Dale Carnegie Certified in New Jersey.

Maggie spent 27 years as a middle school teacher, focusing on fostering a love for learning through empathy and effective communication. She tailored her teaching approaches to accommodate individual learning styles, promoting both academic success and personal growth for her students. As the Director of Marketing and Social Media at Anchor Moving & Storage, Maggie develops and implements innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive growth, overseeing social media campaigns and creating engaging content to connect with the audience.
